Patrick brings 15+ years of experience across all facets of telecommunications — permitting, network design, construction, and executive operations. He has held roles from Project Manager at Advanced1 Field Services and Grande Communications to Director of Engineering and Client Manager at Olsson, where he scaled South-region revenue by 650% and led award-winning BEAD, FTTH, and long-haul fiber programs across Texas.

His background spans OSP field operations, multi-site P&L leadership, vendor management, and mission-critical data center connectivity — giving RedWave clients a strategic partner who understands the work at every level.

Project Manager

Gary is a seasoned Project Manager with over 25 years of expertise in quality assurance, safety protocols, and large-scale telecom construction. His career spans roles as Fiber Splicing Manager at Northeast Services, Project Manager at STC Utility Services, Construction Manager, and most recently Operations Manager at SQUAN — where he led cross-functional teams across multiple simultaneous programs.

Gary holds a CFOT certification, OSHA 30, Master NCTI certification (15 NCTI certs total), and SCTE CEP — bringing a rigorous, standards-driven approach to every project he oversees.

OSP Construction Supervisor

Robert is a construction management professional with 30+ years of experience in telecommunications, CATV, FTTX, and transmission fiber network projects. He has overseen AEP ADSS and OPGW fiber builds, managed aerial and underground OSP construction for AT&T, MCI, Zayo, and Charter Spectrum, and formerly served as Supervisor at SQUAN — directing multi-region operations with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

A graduate of Texas State Technical College, Robert holds OSHA 30 and FTTx certifications and received the Outstanding Customer Service Support Award from Charter/Spectrum.

Precision fusion and mechanical splicing for single-mode and multimode fiber optic cables. We ensure low-loss, high-quality splices on aerial, underground, and inside plant applications — with full documentation provided.
Detailed optical time-domain reflectometer (OTDR) testing to characterize fiber spans, identify faults, and verify splice/connector loss. Full light path verification ensures every circuit meets spec before turn-up.
End-to-end design of fiber and HFC networks optimized for construction, serviceability, and long-term plant maintenance. Experienced with greenfield builds, upgrades, and last-mile access network design.
